Thispenthouse apartment had previously been two sperate units combined inefficientlyinto a two bedroom plan. The design called for a large galley kitchenand monument bar open to a living and dining are for entertaining. The twobedrooms were reconfigured with walk-in closets and space for a home office. Afoyer, utility room, central air and heating, and half bath room were added toplan.
