A new Brooklyn Developer hired us to gut renovation a historic carriage house in Cobble Hill. We subdivided the building into two duplex apartments. This 1,600 sf three-bedroom rental property included new builder-grade kitchens, bathrooms, closets, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural work throughout.
